About the role :

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our product team. In this role, you will work closely with engineers and key stakeholders across Go-to-Market, Client Success leadership, and Finance to ensure that our platforms not only meet the diverse needs of the business but also achieve the highest levels of quality and performance. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Legal, Client Success) to understand their workflows, pain points, and needs.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Evaluate the effort and impact of new functionalities, considering architecture, integration, and client experience implications.
  • Partner with R&D teams to execute projects, resolve technical challenges, and develop scalable infrastructure.
  • Lead prioritization efforts, make informed decisions and effectively communicate timelines and reasoning to stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks in the product and processes and proactively work to mitigate them, ensuring smooth product delivery and quality for our clients and partners.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API specifications and user guides.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, software development, project/program management, or a related technical role in B2B/B2B2C companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Eng, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, systems architecture, and technical concepts. Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical trade-offs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Experience collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to use data to inform decisions with the ability to prioritize and solve complex business and technical challenges.
  • Familiarity with integration, privacy, and billing processes, including compliance and scalability considerations.
  • Fluent/Native-level English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
