We’re looking for a skilled Product Manager to take domain ownership of Lusha’s Buyer Journey & Account Management Experience including critical areas of Lusha’s infrastructure.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

In this role, you will lead Lusha’s Platform Account team, you will work closely with an exceptional engineering team and stakeholders across the organization to ensure we are continually building products our users truly want and love.

This role is focal and centric to enabling everything that happens within the product. It requires you to work cross-departmentally and engage with stakeholders up to VP levels to ensure alignment and maintain a fast pace while balancing all needs and constraints.

You will:

  • Own the end-to-end billing experience, working with design and engineering to create transparency and trust throughout
  • Plan and own the roadmap for Lusha’s Platform Account domain to drive our business objectives
  • Empower internal teams with tooling and data
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly to the engineering teams
  • Demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving skills to articulate solutions that create the most significant impact
  • Work regularly with stakeholders within the organization, and be comfortable presenting your ideas
  • Be the champion of our users within your product line
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle of products and features
  • Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches
  • Work within a cross-functional team, in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment, which is driven to increase the value of our products

Requirements

Here’s what we need from you

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with experience on internal services
  • Strong technical background, understanding of basic software concepts, and the ability to discuss technical constraints and alternatives with engineering teams.
  • Experience with billing or payment systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional business acumen with the ability to align product initiatives with business goals.
  • Impeccable communication and presentation skills - you can effectively engage with users and collaborate seamlessly with engineers.
  • Excellent analytical skills - generating actionable insights and recommendations based on raw data and results.
  • Deep understanding of the software development process, from concept through implementation and delivery.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on initiatives that drive the most significant impact.
  • Highly collaborative and team-focused but capable of driving projects independently with minimal direction.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic personality - we’re looking for someone who brings positive energy to the team.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew.
