Zayo is seeking a talented and driven Senior Technical Product Manager, Salesforce to be a key technical advisor within our fast-moving communications environment. The Senior Technical Product Manager, Salesforce will partner with Product Owners to document processes, design solutions, configure, and optimize our Salesforce platform for Lead to Order and other critical workflows, boosting efficiency and aligning with business objectives and industry standards
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management

Partners with business stakeholders to analyze, define and document business requirements & process flows and models for new requirements.

Establish and track KPIs from project inception through its lifecycle.

Contribute to Salesforce platform roadmap and strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Vendor Management
-
Assist Agile Product owner with backlog management, prioritization & manage deliverables working with outsourced vendor/partners.

Drive solution designs using best practices whilst ensuring quality deliverables.
Salesforce Configuration:
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce configurations.

Implement and maintain configurations including processes, custom objects, fields, automation flows, page layouts, alerts and security profile and permission sets.
Integration Management:

Collaborate towards design and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with technical teams as needed.
Reporting and Analytics:

Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet reporting needs.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analytics.
System Optimization:

Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and enhance the functionality of the Salesforce platform.

Stay current with Salesforce updates and releases, assessing their impact on current configurations, assess new functionality and recommending adjustments as necessary.
User Training and Support:

Work closely to drive UAT sessions; provide training and support to users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.

Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution related to Salesforce configurations.
Qualifications:
-
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related field plus five (5) years of related experience SaaS solutions; OR eleven (11) years of direct related experience required with High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of seven (7) years experience in managing SaaS platforms with minimum of five (5) years experience with Salesforce platform.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Agile Methodologies.

Broad knowledge of all Salesforce Clouds and Capabilities.

Salesforce Administrator certification is required; others Sales, Service Cloud , CPQ are a plus.

Proficiency in designing solutions using Salesforce platform.

Strong leadership skills with an ability to influence other decision makers.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in presenting technical concepts to various audiences.

Experience with modeling and diagramming tools.
-
Experience in the Telco Industry is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both technical and non-technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
Estimated Base Salary Range: $95,800 - $136,900 USD/annually.
The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
