L-Acoustics is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager – Loudspeakers to lead the development and lifecycle management of our professional loudspeaker solutions. This role involves defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our loudspeaker products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for loudspeaker solutions based on market needs and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, industrialization, sales, and marketing teams to develop innovative and industry-leading loudspeaker products.
  • Conduct market research, customer feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for product improvement and new developments.
  • Act as the technical bridge between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on product specifications and objectives.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring continuous product optimization.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure efficient production and delivery of loudspeaker products.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for internal teams, partners, and key customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong experience in loudspeaker product management, preferably in professional audio.
  • Background in acoustics, electroacoustics, or related engineering fields.
  • Knowledge of loudspeaker design, transducers, system integration, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
