WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Senior Technical Learning and Development Consultant will work with stakeholders to create and deliver exceptional training programs to align with our client's business goals and objectives. The focus will be on creating learning and awareness of all technical tools used throughout the organization with a strong emphasis on M365 products.  If you are passionate about learning and development, skilled in change management, and have experience delivering a variety of techinical learning deployments, we want to connect with you! 

  • WHAT YOU WILL DO:
    • Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify skill gaps, and translate into learning objectives.
    • Use your instructional design and content development skills to develop exceptional training for technical tools.
    • Facilitate instructor-led training and produce eLearning opportunities.
    • Conduct on-going needs assessment to identify skill gaps.
    • Engage internal audience and create excitement around learning opportunities through client communication channels.
    • Use your project management and digital enablement skills to act in an advisory capacity as a Kalles Group consultant.

  • Your experience:
    • Instructional Design experience
    • Strong facilitation skills
    • Exceptional technical aptitude with history of working with a wide variety of tools
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders
    • History of conducting effective needs assessments
    • Strong working knowledge of M365 tools
    • Experience building learning & development programs for technical tools
    • Familiarity with Adult Learning Theory 
    • Exceptional writing and communication skills
    • Expertise in additional areas such as project management or digital enablement that will give you the extra skills to act in an advisory capacity as an exceptional Kalles Group consultant

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Competitive salary with opportunities for additional incentives. The target salary range for this role is $100-150K annual salary.  We review compensation annually to make sure what we offer is fair and in line with the market.
  • Company contribution to medical, dental, vision, and pharmaceutical coverage.
  • 401(k) with matching up to 4%
  • 3 weeks of Paid Time Off. PLUS 8 paid company holidays and 2 flexible holidays for anything you want to celebrate!

LOCATION:
