Carbon Robotics is seeking a Global Logistics Manager to lead our global supply chain operations, ensuring seamless transportation, trade compliance, and logistics efficiency across international markets. This role will play a critical role in optimizing freight forwarding, managing customs brokerage relationships, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the movement of goods globally, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Manage relationships with global and regional freight forwarders, customs brokers, and export agents.
  • collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and customer operations teams to enhance supply chain performance.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, including HTS, ECCN, ITAR/EAR jurisdiction, and license management.
  • Lead efforts in duty drawback, and FTA compliance.
  • Drive logistics cost reduction strategies while maintaining high service levels.
  • Implement NetSuite ERP solutions to streamline logistics operations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring logistics aligns with overall business strategy
  • Serve as the primary liaison between logistics, supply chain, and compliance teams.
  • Develop standardized processes, training programs, and SOPs for global logistics operations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success:

  • 5+ years of experience in global logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance.
  • Expertise in import/export regulations, customs procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Azure, NetSuite).
  • Experience with logistics performance metrics and analytics.
  • Willing to travel 25%- Richland WA, Detroit MI, EU and Oceania region
  • Experience managing logistics in manufacturing or heavy equipment industries is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • APICS CSCP Certification (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or related field.

Carbon Robotics follows equitable hiring practices. Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted.  The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.

Carbon Robotics' base salary pay range:

$115,000$135,000 USD
