Are you passionate about developing innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and maximize return on investment? We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Consultant ARIS to join our dynamic team in Slovakia. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive impactful results for our clients.

Essential Functions

• Design and implement use-case specific ARIS assets to improve customer experience

• Collaborate closely with UX experts, product management, RnD, and global support teams

• Be an integral part of an international team, working alongside colleagues from Germany and Slovakia

• Provide technical configurations for ARIS Portal to facilitate easy access and understanding of modeling data

• Develop Java Script reports to analyze process data.

• Configure dashboards to display relevant KPIs for various use cases

• Implement adaptors to access real-time data for Process Mining

• Implement ARIS governance workflows

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics

• 5+ years of experience configuring and customizing ARIS

• Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript or Java and CI/CD tools such as GitHub

• Proficiency in web application development using technologies such as XML, CSS, SQL, REST interfaces, and web services

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of UX design principles
