The Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) is a core member of the team.
They are responsible for delivering high-quality technical support and coordination for partner programs, ensuring fast and effective communication between external partners and internal teams, and supporting the continuous growth and stability of the platform.
✅ Responsibilities:
Partner Communication:
- Act as the primary technical contact for assigned partner programs.
- Communicate with external partners regarding integration status, technical issues, or data discrepancies.
- Answer partner inquiries about platform functionality, missing features, data checks, and improvement suggestions.
- Escalate complex feature requests appropriately and manage expectations.
Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams by creating and prioritizing tasks based on partner requests.
- Initiate bug reports, feature requests, and enhancement tasks in the development backlog.
- Coordinate and organize testing of new features and bug fixes related to partner programs.
- Assist in the onboarding and technical setup of new brands within Referon platforms.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Respond to technical and operational queries from internal departments (Affiliate, CRM, Marketing, Finance, Content teams, etc.).
- Manage inbound technical requests from various stakeholders and create appropriate action plans.
Platform Monitoring and Incident Management:
- Monitor the health of the platform and partner integrations proactively.
- Investigate and resolve incidents involving external partners or internal systems.
- Push incident resolution internally and externally, escalating when necessary.
✅ Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal, English proficiency required).
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, tracking, and postback systems.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a high-paced environment.
- Proficiency with task management and incident tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Service Desk).
- Experience working with analytics dashboards (Power BI, custom reporting systems).
- Solid technical literacy: APIs, tracking links, postback troubleshooting.
