Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and oversee a team of data researchers, ensuring they meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality work standards.
• Take ownership of large data sets, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery.
• Lead research efforts on both standardized and customized data sets for clients and ISMG.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide regular progress updates, proactively identifying any challenges or roadblocks and addressing them promptly.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, offering coaching on data analysis techniques, best practices, and career development.
• Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members, fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement research strategies, optimizing workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy in data handling.
• Foster a collaborative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and skill-building across team members.

Requirements/Desired Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3+ years of experience in market research, including significant experience in a leadership or team lead role.
• Strong background in quantitative research and data manipulation, with a passion for improving processes.
• Proven experience in team management, including mentoring, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
• Expertise in Excel at an advanced level, with the ability to handle complex data analysis tasks, and PoweBI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to other data and marketing programs quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and project management capabilities.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client expectations.

Additional Details:

• Location: on-site at our Delhi.
• Mandatory in-office presence required Monday - Friday during our standard hours of operation.
