Your position
As a Senior Tax Specialist, you will be a key partner to our finance team, reporting directly to the Tax Director. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing various tax aspects of large international projects.

• Managing and documenting transfer pricing (including Advance Pricing Agreements).

• Providing strategic tax advice and support to local businesses and leading/supporting tax audits.

• Offering operational tax support to our Financial Shared Service Center.

• Contributing to the development and maintenance of the tax control framework.

• Analysing data, preparing deliverables, and communicating findings to stakeholders to influence the tax landscape.

Your profile
The ideal candidate will bring a degree in fiscal economics or tax law and at least 8 years of experience from a big-four accounting firm or as an in-house tax manager in a large corporate setting. You should be a tax generalist with a robust understanding of transfer pricing and international taxation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a hands-on team player who takes initiative.

• Has a self-starting, positive, and pragmatic attitude with the ability to think outside the box.

• Possesses excellent communication skills and fluency in both Dutch and English.

• Exhibits strong analytical and numerical abilities, capable of drafting legal documentation.

• Can manage multiple projects and topics simultaneously.

• Is proficient in financial software applications and has an affinity for automation (experience with JD Edwards, Alteryx, TP Genie is a plus).

This position offers a competitive salary range of €5.200,00 to €8.100,00 gross per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance). Through exceeding performance expectations, you even have the possibility to grow outside this scale.
