Job Description
🚀Financial Analyst is a strategic function within Purchasing that focuses on collecting and analyzing information about market conditions and supplier intelligence, considering aspects like corporate structure, supplier legal status, financial health, technological advancements, production capabilities, and other external factors that can influence strategic purchasing decisions.
With a passion for intelligence and investigative work, you identify opportunities, risks and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making.
🛠️ Your Tasks
Competitive Analysis
- Analyze competitors' purchasing strategies and supplier networks;
- Identify best practices and competitive advantages that can be leveraged within purchasing;
Supplier Intelligence
- Gather detailed information about suppliers and respective supplier networks, including a deep understanding of their financial health and operational capabilities;
Market Analysis
- Assess current market conditions, including supply and demand dynamics and market drivers;
- Evaluate new tools and platforms that can enhance market intelligence and procurement efficiency;
Continuous Monitoring
- Set up and implement business intelligence solutions as well as their automation for easy data visualization and maintenance;
- Continuously monitor market conditions and update intelligence reports as new information becomes available;
- Ensure that procurement strategies remain aligned with evolving market dynamics.
Qualifications
🎓 What You Bring:
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a research university, majoring in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or comparable subject;
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in similar role;
- Fluent in English, verbal and written;
- Deep understanding of financial statements, credit ranking systems, revenue, and profitability trends;
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI;
- Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions, synthesize information from diverse sources, and present it coherently;
- Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
