Senior Talent Sourcer is dedicated to the Executive Search Team which is responsible for the attraction of the top directors and managers to Allegro Group. The Position is responsible for finding top managerial talent and enabling the organization to accelerate its growth through increased talent density.

Collaborating with Executive Search Consultants and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements for top talent one the local and international market,

Identify and attract best candidates at the local and regional scale using talent network and innovating sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, OSINT),

Providing market insights for internal stakeholders to identify top talent for future needs, understand market trends among executive hires and help with succession planning for most critical roles.

Creating and developing a strong pipeline of potential candidates in the local and global market for current and future opportunities,

Reviewing applications, conducting screening calls and providing candidate feedback in line with relevant roles,

This job is for you, if:

You have A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in executive search or a related field.

You have experience in running search for complex recruitment processes for high-level positions on Polish and the international markets

You are able to manage clients and stakeholders effectively

Want to work in an international team where you will communicate daily in English (min. C1)
