Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create compelling job descriptions.
- Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to improve hiring efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with an emphasis on ATS use and mass hiring.
- Proven fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
