Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our recruitment team, you will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and hiring top-tier talent for our clients in the United States / Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet client requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in technology recruiting, preferably with experience in a software development environment.
- Source candidates through various platforms, including job portals, internal databases, and social media channels.
- Assess applicants based on their experience, skills, knowledge, and competencies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates to foster trust and secure referrals.
- Negotiate compensation packages and other employment terms to secure candidate commitment.
- Submit candidate profiles to hiring managers for review and feedback.
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with candidates, keeping them updated on the progress of their applications.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must we be well versed with the US / Mexico hiring and compliances.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to attract top talent.
- Proficiency in ATS for managing recruitment data and preparing reports.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability and learning agility to navigate dynamic recruitment trends.
- A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving recruitment goals.
Educational Qualification
- Must have a technical background, such as a degree in BE (IT/CE) or a similar qualification.

- Ahmedabad or Pune, India
Working Hours
- Late-night shifts, including an additional hour during daylight saving time, Hybrid
