Job Description
Portfolio Management:
Oversee a portfolio of continuous improvement projects across various processes such as Supply Planning, Logistics, procurement, finance, Internal Controls operations.
Ensure alignment of initiatives with the company's business objectives, strategies, and priorities.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
Prioritize projects based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Leadership & Team Coordination:
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams responsible for continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure the teams have the necessary resources, support, and tools to achieve project goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
Provide leadership and guidance on Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other improvement methodologies.
Project Execution:
Lead Digital Transformation Projects.
Lead the planning, design, and implementation of continuous improvement projects.
Define clear project goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.
Identify risks and issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure timely completion of projects, managing scope and resources effectively.
Process Analysis & Optimization:
Conduct assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Utilize data analysis, root cause analysis, and process mapping techniques to identify and solve problems.
Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize performance, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting:
Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on the progress of improvement projects.
Prepare and present reports on key outcomes, lessons learned, and performance metrics.
Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders, demonstrating the value and impact of continuous improvement initiatives.
Training & Development:
Support the development of a training program to build continuous improvement skills within the organization.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to teach Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies to employees at all levels.
Continuous Improvement Culture:
Promote and encourage a mindset of continuous improvement across the organization.
Work with department heads to identify and implement best practices.
Celebrate successes and recognize individuals and teams who contribute to the improvement initiatives.
