Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the Primary Recruiter for assigned client groups at the country our global level, while maintaining multiple leadership and advanced requisitions

May lead strategic projects and initiatives related to the ongoing development of the Talent Acquisition function

Interact with client group leadership, providing coaching, and consultancy while ensuring Talent Acquisition operational alignment across entire scope of control

Serve as key point person for Talent Acquisition for local hiring managers and leaders within core client group/s

Support leadership team to enhance, direct, and deploy team resources to maintain key performance metrics related to core groups

Manage data, track performance and provide executive and tactical reports and presentations for related client group/s

Serve as the SME, provide guidance to local Recruiters and participate in sourcing strategy development for requisitions and critical needs within designated client group/s

Partner with hiring managers and local leadership to better understand business needs and assess position goals and requirements

Determine cost effective sourcing strategies, such as internet job boards, networking, resume mining, social networking, cold calling, college/university recruiting, and job fairs to attract a diverse pipeline of candidates

Review and prescreen all applicable candidates, recommend candidates to hiring manager based on detailed requirements of position and overall success profile; provide management with reasoning for advancing candidate/s

Ensure recruitment activity is updated in an accurate, compliant, and timely manner in Workday for all active requisitions within scope

Administer offer process, review and participate in negotiation and re-negotiation of salaries in coordination with offer

Proactively work with hiring manager and human resources business partners regarding future organizational structure (such as staffing forecasting)

Maintain a systematic and proactive approach with hiring managers across all business lines regarding recruitment process

Provide assistance to team members with complex tasks that require considerable judgment and initiative

Escalates difficult/complex issues to Talent Acquisition leadership for resolution, as deemed necessary

May mentor fellow recruiters as applicable

Review and comply with the Code of Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, and local laws and regulations

Assist with various projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
-
8 years of recruiting experience with a strong preference in both an agency and corporate setting

Ability to integrate and interpret data from multiple sources to identify solutions and develop plans to ensure appropriate staffing

Must have a strong customer focus and be able to effectively and quickly build relationship and establish trust, respect, competence and confidence

Must have a "solutions-focus", being able to sort through information and develop innovative solutions quickly

Proven experience designing and executing new talent acquisition programs

Experience leading a talent acquisition function in a fast paced, distributed workforce
-
Demonstrates ability to integrate automated solutions and use technology to improve processes.
Education:
Bachelor’s in Human Resource, Business, or related field desirable
Travel Requirements:
<5% Minimal, infrequent travel
