This is a unique opportunity to join as the first fulltime Talent Acquisition team member and shape how we grow the company going forward, with development potential to team lead.


Your Role

As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in scaling our team and ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our mission and culture. Your responsibilities include:

End-to-End Recruitment Process:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring for roles across all functions, with a focus on high-quality outcomes and team fit.
  • Be innovative and leverage diverse channels, tools, and networks to identify and engage with top-tier candidates, including passive talent.
  • Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates, ensuring timely communication and fostering a positive impression of our company.

Strategic Talent Planning:

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs, create strategic hiring plans, and prioritize positions to meet scaling objectives.
  • Use metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, recruitment pipelines, and hiring processes to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Develop and execute initiatives that enhance our employer brand, positioning us as a top choice for talent in the SaaS industry and sustainability community.

Team Collaboration:

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and the leadership team to align recruitment goals with organizational objectives.
  • Space to bring in your ideas: Proactively take responsibility for making Tanso a better company.

 Hard Requirements

  • You already live or are willing to relocate to Munich.
  • You must have a pre-existing working permit for the EU.
  • You must speak English at level C1 or higher.
  • You must speak German at level C2.
