In your role as a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager at SAP Fioneer, you will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success. Collaborating closely with the business, you will be tasked with creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies aimed at attracting and hiring exceptional talent. Your focus will be in on strategy consulting profiles in DACH and EMEA.

Role Description:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates to determine the most suitable match for available positions.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the financial services or consulting sector.
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting for (strategy) consulting roles on every seniority level.
  • Comprehensive understanding of talent acquisition strategies and industry best practices.
  • Capability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
