Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Sr. Coordinator provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role focuses on providing an exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through timely, accurate, and thoughtful verbal and written communication.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate related functions: creating positions and requisitions, scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, extending verbal offers, post-offer screening steps, scheduling orientation/onboarding.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized documentation of all scheduling and coordination activities for candidates’ by using the applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system, Outlook calendars and other tools as assigned.
- Answer general inbox inquiries on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team. Ensure responses are accurate, timely, and customer-focused.
- Act as a liaison for the Team Member Referral Program; answering inquiries, linking referral applications, and documenting exceptions as needed.
- Create and communicate weekly progress reporting for Talent Acquisition team and business leaders as assigned.
- Take the initiative to look for and suggest ways to continuously improve all processes that they are responsible for and drive the work toward higher efficiency and quality.
- Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated by organizing their time and calendar to ensure all work is completed on time.
- Demonstrate flexibility and fluidity in regularly changing work based on business needs. Work in partnership with other Coordinators on the Talent Acquisition team to accomplish the work.
- Attend job fairs and hiring events, when necessary.
- May be assigned to job requisitions and handle full-life cycle of the recruiting process for those requisitions to assist with special projects or new business initiatives.
