Our Opportunity:

Chewy is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Marketing & Sourcing Manager to drive talent attraction and acquisition for Chewy Vet Care (CVC) nationwide practices! Reporting to the Director of TA Marketing and Sourcing, this role requires strategic healthcare and talent marketing expertise to improve top-of-funnel recruitment through market research, campaign execution, event sponsorships, and on-the-ground activations. It is a key role in activating our employer brand position, value proposition, and elevating the candidate's experience to attract top talent to CVC's growing teams.

At Chewy, we’re changing the veterinary care experience from the ground up! It starts by creating a culture and work environment where veterinary teams can succeed every day. With the launch of our new veterinary practices in early 2024, we are looking for a full-time recruitment marketing expert with healthcare experience to implement a data-driven strategy to find the best talent to support the Chewy Vet Care brand.

What you'll do:

  • Campaign Execution: Implement candidate attraction and multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns to engage unique talent for CVC. Using a multitude of channels, measuring and optimizing campaign results across our CRM, Google, social channels, sourcing platforms, and job boards.
  • Event & Conference Management & Activation: Plan and coordinate event sponsorships, job fairs, and on-site activations, ensuring high visibility as an employer of choice within target demographics and priority geographies
  • Talent Sourcing: Collaborate with talent acquisition partners to source talent across supply-constrained, specialty roles. Engaging active and passive talent using targeted list building and proven outreach strategies.
  • Recruitment Marketing: Assist in the evolution of Chewy Vet Care’s employer value proposition, driving brand recognition and the attraction of specialized talent. Partnering with Employer Brand to develop content and share employee stories that resonate with external talent audiences, particularly veterinary professionals. Establishing brand awareness and consideration through content and events, communicating CVC's EVP to both credentialed and specialty talent.
  • Lead Lifecycle Management and CRM: Establish a content and lead management strategy to engage passive and active talent, measuring impact on the recruitment funnel with utilization of ATS and CRM tools, in direct support of the CVC recruitment team.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage recruitment marketing assets, including social media graphics, videos, and digital ads, to drive awareness and engagement across talent markets.
  • Marketing Intelligence and Research: Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor strategies, and insights specific to the veterinary and clinical fields. Using findings to refine and optimize attraction strategies and sourcing initiatives, build and manage a talent pool strategy to measure and expand engagement within the total addressable market (TAM) for recruitment marketing. Optimizing efforts to reach the ideal talent pool.
  • Partnership & Vendor Management: Work with internal customers to align on local and divisional hiring needs and coordinate sourcing efforts with external agencies and platforms. Build new partnerships with veterinary schools and technician programs, including campus and emerging populations.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Track campaign metrics, crafting regular reports and insights that drive the improvement of ongoing marketing strategies.
  • Internal Engagement Support: Support employee engagement and retention campaigns, offering content and program support that highlights growth opportunities within Chewy Vet Care.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience: 4+ years in talent/recruitment sourcing and marketing, or BTC marketing, ideally within healthcare or exempt hiring space
  • Marketing Skills: Deep knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels, with hands-on experience in recruitment marketing campaign strategy and management
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent Chewy’s values to diverse group of candidates
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and partners with attention to detail
  • Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decisions
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
