What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the design and development of software architecture for our DRIVEOS platform, ensuring flawless integration and performance.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement ambitious specifications that meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.

  • Leveraging TLA+ technology across the organization. This included training, development processes, toolchain enhancements, and developing - and assisting in the development of - TLA+ specification models.

  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers, encouraging a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborating with NDAS, TSE, customers, and partners to understand needs and deliver solutions that go above and beyond expectations.

  • Staying at the forefront of industry trends and advancements to maintain NVIDIA's competitive edge in autonomous driving technology.

What we need to see:

  • Proven experience in software architecture and design, with a strong background in developing specifications for complex systems.

  • Industry recognized TLA+ experience and skills

  • Extensive knowledge of computer science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and standard methodologies in software engineering.

  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); a master's or PhD is preferred.

  • 12+ years experience.

  • Experience with autonomous driving technology, real-time systems, and AI is a plus

The base salary range is 220,000 USD - 419,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
