This individual will be a team lead who is responsible for quality activities and ownership of the survey process. A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting WellSky user-facing applications to ensure superior quality, good client references, and overall satisfaction with our support services
  • Troubleshooting and documenting complex software operational issues and technical issues of moderate complexity
  • Escalating unresolved issues with thorough documentation as required, maintaining ownership of issue through resolution
  • Partnering with other teams or departments to resolve user problems
  • Providing a great client experience through friendly, professional responses
  • Ensuring required response time and resolution times are met
  • Leading mail intake process
  • Quality Control Checks for monthly and quarterly processes
  • Troubleshooting, guiding and directing operators and HQ staff on things like software, training, process improvement

Do you have what it takes?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2-4 years of related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite Products
