The Opportunity That Awaits You:  

This position is responsible for building, developing, and maintaining complex data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support all Supply Chain data analytics. Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, cleaning, and mining, as well as modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables. 

 

What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:

  • Develop custom reporting & dashboards using Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau & other platforms. 
  • Investigate data analytics problems, find root causes, and suggest solutions. 
  • Generate insights, recommendations and solutions that will prepare PROCEPT for future growth. 
  • Prepare and consolidate Operations metrics. 
  • Ensure each area in the Supply Chain team gets the information they need to evaluate and execute their tasks. 
  • Provide analytical support for projects and new product introduction. 
  • Maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders. 

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, or a quantitative/technical discipline. 
  • 5+ years working experience with focus on analytical modeling, critical reasoning, quantitative and process analysis. MBA is a plus. 
  • Experience automating data processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy. 
  • Proven track record of managing and analyzing large-scale databases to enable data-driven decisions. 
  • Experience with Excel and all Microsoft Office tools, ERP systems, and Tableau. 
  • Experience in methodologies & processes for managing large scale databases. 
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities with deadlines with minimum supervision. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. 

The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess

  • APICS Certified 
  • QAD ERP Expertise 
  • Be willing to work in the office (Hybrid schedule available)

The anticipated base pay range for this role is $115,00-125,000 per year. 

Plus, there is eligibility for an annual bonus and equity/RSUs.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY

Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
