Your main responsibilities

Working closely with the executive team and stakeholders on key initiatives, supporting recommendation development and providing insights.

Challenging the status quo (jointly with your team) and identifying opportunities to drive value for Allegro.

Participation in the end-to-end solution development process, including: problem definition and structuring, running analysis and synthesizing the insights, developing recommendations and strategies, creating implementation plans, converting thoughts into crisp materials (slides, excel, word documents) as well as presenting the results.

Making things happen: follow up on key initiatives to ensure timely delivery. Proactive support for initiative owners as well as take personal responsibility for selected streams (depending on the project).

Being part of a cross-functional team and cultivating successful cross-team relationships

Being ready to be embedded within key projects in one or more business areas, from commerce, to advertising, to logistics, to international expansion to name just a few

Financial Modeling

Data driven - ability to come to the right conclusions from the data provided, including fluency with numbers and graphical data forms (charts, tables, etc.)

Understanding and ability to read and discuss Profit and Loss statement, Balance Sheet and basic financial performance indicators (ROI, ROE, NPV, etc.)

Identify cost blocks and cost drivers

Understand basics of business valuation, business value drivers, DCF calculation process
