About the role
Passionate about crafting brand strategies that elevate drinking experiences? As a Senior Strategist, you will develop and deliver innovative brand and design strategies for our alcoholic beverage clients, translating these strategies into actionable creative briefs.
You'll manage projects from inception to completion, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to lead strategic thinking on assigned accounts and develop insightful brand strategies. This includes conducting brand audits, market research, and competitive analyses to inform the development of compelling creative briefs. Collaborating closely with the design team throughout the project lifecycle and present strategic recommendations and creative briefs to clients. Staying ahead of industry trends and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the agency's strategic offering are also key aspects of this role.
About you
A strategic thinker with a proven track record in alcoholic beverage brand strategy, you have a solid understanding of packaging design and are proficient in brand identity systems. Experience creating limited edition products and propositions is a plus.
You possess a strong ability to translate brand strategies into creative strategies, coupled with experience and interest in brand and product communications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also key. Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in a brand or design agency, with demonstrated experience working on brands in the alcoholic beverages category.
Experience working with both global and local brands and in brand communications is also a bonus.
