About the role
Do you love creating brand strategies that get people excited about food? As a Senior Strategist, you'll lead the development of impactful strategies for a major food client, managing projects from start to finish. This will involve conducting market research and gathering consumer insights, which you'll then use to develop strong brand positioning and compelling stories.
Leading creative workshops and developing frameworks for new products and brand extensions will also be key, and you'll work closely with our creative teams to bring these to life. Building great client relationships and keeping up with the latest food trends are essential parts of the role, as is contributing to the development of our agency's research approaches.
About you
You're a strategic and creative thinker with a proven ability to develop successful brand strategies, particularly within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Being analytical and detail-oriented, you can also see the bigger picture, and you enjoy working collaboratively to build brands that resonate with people.
Experience in a brand or design agency, especially with food brands, is desirable. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach are essential, along with a genuine love of food and a deep understanding of consumer trends in the food industry. Any experience with workshops, sustainability, global/local brands, and brand communications would be a bonus.
