Essential Functions / Responsibilities:
Responsible for operating in lock-step with product management teams to create a clear strategic direction for Field Service development needs and conveys that vision to the build and operations teams. Direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements and partner with stakeholders to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt. Provide seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Product Managers, Technical Anchors, Product Owners, and Developers. Plan maintenance scheduling functionality for healthcare equipment along with new SaaS software subscription enhancements to drive business growth across Global Services. Provide leadership with budget planning and financials across the Field Services IT portfolio.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, or related field. Seven (7) years of experience in Product Management in the Healthcare industry. Employer will accept a Master's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business, or related field and five (5) years of experience in Product Management in the Healthcare industry in lieu of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and seven (7) years of experience as described above.
Work experience to include: Healthcare Services industry knowledge to help the organization gain a competitive edge; Interacting with customers and stakeholders in requirements- gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback; Working with cross-functional teams to deliver features and complex products; Salesforce technology stack; Medical Device Equipment and Service Contract offerings; Financial budgeting; CRM cloud technology; Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Agile Software Development; SaaS subscription software; Pugh Matrix concepts; User Experience (UX) design; and Budget Management.
Approximately 10% domestic and 10% international travel required to gather user requirements and provide software deployment support, attend business meetings for alignment of program plan and risk assessment, and to visit client sites for testing, training and feedback sessions. Travel expenses paid by employer.
100% Telecommute position reporting to GE Precision HealthCare LLC headquarters in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Candidate may live anywhere in the continental U.S.
