Product Designer는 실무자로서 이츠 내 최우선 프로젝트를 수행하게 되며, 고객을 위한 경험을 정의하고 만드는 핵심 역할을 담당하게 됩니다. 해당 직무는 고객의 니즈를 충족하고 비즈니스 목표를 달성하는 데에 초점을 두고, 이해관계자들과 긴밀한 협업을 이어나갑니다.

업무 내용:
비즈니스, 개발, 프로덕트 팀과의 협업하며 전략 수립하고 의사 결정을 조율하고, 디자인 프로젝트를 관리
프로덕트/서비스가 현재 지닌 문제점 파악 및 분석하여 개선 방향의 우선 순위 설정
와이어프레임, 프로토타입, 완성도 높은 비주얼 결과물을 통해 디자인 솔루션을 고도화
높은 수준의 디자인 품질을 확보하고 개선 방향성을 제안
체계적인 사고 그리고 직관과 객관적 증거(데이터, 우수 사례 벤치마킹, 테스트 및 분석 등)를 동시에 활용하여, 고객 문제에 대한 솔루션 도출
자격요건:
비주얼/인터랙션 디자인 능력을 바탕으로 높은 수준의 디자인 결과물을 만들어 본 6년 이상의 경험
원어민 수준의 일본어 구사 능력과 글로벌 고객을 대상으로 한 프로덕트 디자인 경험
Product Owner 및 리더십 팀과의 밀접한 협업을 통해 큰 규모의 복잡한 피쳐, 프로젝트, 프로그램 등에 대한 전략과 근거를 수립한 경험

About the team & role:
Coupang Eats is a service by Coupang where we deliver quality food and beverages from restaurants and cafes to your door. We strive to provide a fast and seamless experience for all three parties involved: customers, delivery partners and merchants. We’re looking for a Product Designer to support the Eats platform. The Product Designer will be an individual contributor who works on high priority projects for Eats and will play a key role in defining and creating user experiences for our customers. This designer will work closely with stakeholders, focusing on both user needs and business goals.
Note: Native Japanese language fluency required.
Location: Korea (Seoul) or Japan (Tokyo)
Responsibilities:
Oversee design projects while coordinating with Business, Engineering, and Product teams to shape the strategy and decision-making
Set a priority for improvement directions by identifying and analyzing problems of the current products and services
Refine your design solutions by working with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
Assure design quality and suggest directions for improvement.
Think systematically and use both intuition and evidence (data, benchmarks of best practices, testing and analysis, etc) to find solutions to customer problems.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience delivering high quality designs, along with excellent visual and interaction skills
Proficient in Japanese at a native level, with experience in designing products and features for international audiences
Closely partnered with Product Owners & leadership team to develop strategy and rationale for large and complex features, projects, or programs
Collaborated with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment, fast paced start up environment
0 to 1 experience or experience redesigning major elements of product, experience or service design
Track record of using data and quantitative research methodologies to inform decision making across the entire product design process/lifecycle
A solid grasp of user-centered design principles, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and usability
Strong storytelling, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Portfolio demonstrating your work with at least 1 product / design that was released to users with an understanding of target users, user journey and visual design skills
