Who we're looking for

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior SEO Content Writer to join our growing SEO team in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a Senior Specialist, you will build compelling, high-quality content optimized for search engines to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will align content strategies and brand guidelines to meet business objectives and ensure our content resonates with a US-based audience.

What you'll be doing

• Research, write, and optimize engaging SEO product landing pages, articles, blogs, and other digital content tailored to the customer service industry across multiple target audiences for the US.

• Implement standard processes for SEO, such as keyword research, metadata optimization, SERP analysis, and on-page SEO techniques, to elevate search engine rankings.

• Select relevant, engaging, and SEO-friendly images to accompany content.

• Collaborate with the product marketing and brand teams to align content strategies with business goals.

• Ensure all content is written in proficient US English and aligns with brand voice and guidelines.

• Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and SaaS industry developments to maintain relevance and efficiency.

• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.

What you bring to the role

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SEO content writing, preferably in SaaS industry.

• Degree in English, writing, journalism, marketing, public relations, or advertising, or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in US English with outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Submitted portfolio of digital articles or blogs written for SEO purposes.

• Demonstrated expertise in SEO for writing, including keyword research tools, analytics platforms, and SEO optimization techniques.

• Ability to identify and select appropriate images that improve the visual appeal and efficiency of content.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe) and basic HTML for SEO is a plus.

• Willingness to work on a night shift work schedule - 06:00PM to 02:00AM (IST).

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in SEO content writing.
• Degree in English, writing, journalism, marketing, public relations, or advertising, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in US English with outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the SaaS industry.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe) and basic HTML for SEO.
• Proven ability to select relevant, engaging images to improve content.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
