Overview of the Role
- The Senior Specialist Client Solutions, is an essential conduit between client, sales, deduction management & trade planning teams.
- Reporting into the Director of Administrative Services you will ensures our trade & promotional programs deliver to our client’s business plans & deductions are handled in a timely manner.
- Location: Hybrid - Schaumburg, IL 2-3 days in office
- Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 depending on years of experience and expertise

What You’ll Do at C.A. Carlin
- In tandem with sales lead participate in client annual sales & trade planning goals.
- Communicate deadlines to sales team for completion of tasks & ensure trade planners have necessary documents to submit trade plans.
- Gather requirements, including timelines, resource allocation, and efficiency-building strategies within these teams.
- Facilitate monthly meetings with sales teams to monitor promo & trade plan progress, and effectively communicate adjustments needed to trade planning team to actualize plans.
- Coordinate with Business Support teams to ensure compliance of SOPs to maintain client/customer specific promo plans.
- Prepare monthly updates for key clients on trade management status & pacing to plans.

- CPG industry experience.
- Broker/ agency experience.
- Prior Trade Planning & Deduction management experience.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Prior Project management experience.
