The role


As a Business Development Manager you’ll focus on acquiring and developing clients in Poland. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and collaborating closely with Relationship Managers and our Customer Service Team.

What You'll Do:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Drive new business and cross-selling within key accounts.
  • Build Brand Presence: Represent Dun & Bradstreet at industry events and conferences.
  • Champion Process Improvements: Identify and implement enhancements in sales and customer engagement.
  • Strategic Account Management: Use data-driven insights for effective pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Embrace Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Dun & Bradstreet products, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Promote Sales Transparency: Adhere to clear and consistent sales policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Actively engage with internal systems and tools to support goals and team success

Who You Are:

  • Background: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • B2B Expertise: Proven track record in B2B business development, ideally in industries related to CRM, ERP, data analytics, or automation solutions.
  • Networked and Fluent: Strong network of C-level contacts in target sectors, with fluency in Polish and English.
  • Skilled Communicator: Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Travel: Open to travel across Poland (up to 40% of the time), with occasional international trips (up to once a month for 1-2 days)
