Job Summary
The Senior Solutions Engineer ensures successful client understanding of AMN Healthcare Language Services products and solutions.
The role is responsible for pre-sales work with Sales, prospective and current Clients, Product, Engineering, and Client Experience to provide workflow, user experience, and technical insight and support to help drive new business and ensure successful deployment of our solutions. This role requires a cross-functional ability to understand complex healthcare IT deployments, business insight, and operational processes to create solutions that meet client care delivery needs. Excellent communication and people skills are critical as you work with client and internal stakeholders.The ability to understand healthcare delivery workflow and operational best practices as well as networking and telecommunications is critical.
Job Responsibilities

Drive revenue by effectively demonstrating and positioning Language Services solutions for prospective and current Clients.

Provide product and technical expertise and credibility with Client IT stakeholders.

Participate in sales process to understand strategies and needs and define the business and technical requirements for the Language Services solution(s).

Support Sales, Client Experience, Product, and Engineering in designing, vetting, positioning and configuring Language Services technology, including integration with third party products, to provide Client solutions and meet industry standards.

Serve as primary product contact for Sales, Client Experience, and Client stakeholders.

Contribute technical insight into Sales, Marketing, and other Client facing collateral and deliverables.

Contribute to initial solution implementation and deployment within Client environments.

Be a subject matter expert on Language Services product offerings as well as telecommunications solutions.

Strong analytical skills to process large amounts of data, identify patterns, and make informed recommendations to complete, a comprehensive competitive intelligence plan

Bachelor's Degree plus 7-10 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 11-14 years of work experience

Strong problem identification and analytical skills; ability to problem solve and synthesize key findings into a clear, compelling story to inform business and operational solutions.

Pay Rate$90,000 - $112,000 Salary
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
