About the Role
You come from a strong support or technical background, bringing hands-on experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving. You have a natural talent for identifying challenges and crafting innovative solutions, and you're driven by a desire to build impactful, automated systems. Collaborative by nature, you thrive in an engineering team environment, contributing your skills and insights to deliver technical solutions that make a real difference for customers and the business.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee operational processes supported by the Command Platform, including sales order fulfillment, licensing, account management, and facilitating customer mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, alongside comprehensive data management.
- Act as a technical liaison between sales, product, and engineering teams, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to the Command Platform.
- Deliver training and technical support to users and stakeholders while serving as the subject matter expert for back-office operations.
- Administer user authentication, manage role-based access controls, and oversee identity management protocols.
- Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline routine tasks, enhancing efficiency and reducing workload.
- Maintain and update system documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor system performance and uptime, optimizing for efficiency and reliability.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to uphold stability and security across the Command Platform.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external auditors to provide ongoing compliance support and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

- Logical thinking and analytics skills for debugging and root cause analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools
- Hands on experience with one or more programming languages
- Experience in SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
