Our Product and Sales organizations are growing and looking for a world-class Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team. You will be the connecting force between our product and capabilities and customer needs. Using your technical abilities and business acumen, you will demonstrate how Pactum can create value for Fortune 500 customers and beyond. You’ll play a key role in defining how Pactum sells and what we build.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Become a trusted advisor to some of the world’s largest organisations
  • Demonstrate how Pactum can deliver value to customers and partners.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Pactum’s capabilities and human capital.
  • Earn customer trust by developing a deep understanding of their processes, problems and people.
  • Influence executives to think differently about problems and solutions
  • Build compelling business cases that make the best use of Pactum’s core competencies to delight customers.
  • Sell customers on our solution and vision for the future.
  • Shape the future of the product, team and solutions.

You are likely to succeed if you are…

  • A proven sales engineer or solutions consultant with experience in working with large enterprises and have expertise in Procurement.
  • A capable presenter who can craft compelling narratives in a short span of time.
  • Genuinely motivated to work on a product that helps solve the world of negotiations.
  • Comfortable with paving your own way, figuring out what problems are worth solving, and how to solve them.
  • Ready to build strong business relationships with various stakeholders from some of the biggest companies in the world.
  • Energized by (or at least feel comfortable navigating) constant change
  • Excited to be an internal champion, sharing our customers' needs to our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
  • Scrappy and quick - you understand and can demonstrate the ability to move quickly to respond to incoming requests
  • Dynamic in your experience - this is a plus but not required! We think former accountants, account executives, or engineers could thrive in this exciting and dynamic role
  • You are located in the East Coast

Compensation details:

At Pactum, we pay competitive salaries to ensure that our employees know they are valued. We set standard ranges for all of our positions benchmarked against companies in similar stages of growth and revenue, dependent on job function, expertise level, academic achievements, and geographic location.

The compensation for this role is $200,000/year on-target earnings, with a 70/30 split between base and variable, including company equity.
