You will be an essential part of this mission, using your technical expertise to demonstrate how our Data Intelligence Platform can help customers solve their complex data challenges. The impact you will have:
- Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executive(s) in your designated territory.
- Navigate highly competitive environments to acquire new customers
- Influence customers and partner stakeholders at all levels to win complex engagements involving cloud ecosystems and 3rd party applications.
- Be seen as a trusted advisor by customers and colleagues for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
- Contribute to the development of Databricks and the technical community by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
- Exercise leadership through coaching junior architects and teams on pre-sales engagements and account management with customers.
What we look for:
- Leadership and proactivity in a solution architecture role.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and C-level executives in a pre-sales capacity.
- Autonomous in successful pre-sales engagement strategies at both technical and business levels.
- Hands-on knowledge of the Data and AI technologies.
- Expertise with complex proofs-of-concept in the Big Data ecosystem and public cloud platform(s).
- Experience with coding in a core programming language (i.e., Python, Java, Scala).
Notes on mandatory requirements:
- Location for the role will be in Paris (or within a commutable distance for hybrid schedule).
- Flexibility to travel (up to 20-30% as required for customer meetings, events and trainings).
- Business proficiency in both French and English required.
