You will be involved in multiple initiatives and projects to mature its services and data provided on the global platform. Previous hands on ServiceNow development experience and leading technical solutioning is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Develop high-level solution architecture and detailed design documentation for ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
  • Guide and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment to architectural standards.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the optimal use of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and audits, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in ServiceNow technologies and industry trends, advocating for their adoption where beneficial.
  • Work closely with IT and business leaders to develop a strategic roadmap for ServiceNow that supports the organization's long-term goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate architectural concepts and solutions to collaborators.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years+ of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture and design roles.
  • ITIL Service Manager Certification or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
  • Self-motivated individual with a curious nature that can work with minimal direction.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex and challenging situations.
  • IT Experience with the different phases of product development lifecycle: analysis, design, build, test and implement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Understanding of integration methods and APIs.
  • A team collaborator.
  • Ability to self-learn about new products, new product features and industry trends.
  • Ability to handle various demands with different levels of priority.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in priority and course of action.
  • Experience with SQL databases, Data Analysis and Reporting is a plus.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications preferred.

Salary range is expected to be between

$94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
