The opportunity
As a creative problem-solving leader for the sales team, you will have the chance to guide unusual solutions for the largest clients’ digital experience strategies. You will craft solution visions that pursue prospects' most meaningful business problems. You will tailor use-cases, which clearly articulate the context and value of Digital Transformation in the customer's daily work stream. In this role you will master the challenges faced by leading Singapore customers and how Adobe helps clients meet these challenges.
What you'll do

Partner closely with the sales team to drive solution consulting efforts for the Singapore market.

Conduct account planning, business discovery, and visioning workshops to develop a North Star strategy and solution roadmap that aligns with client objectives and solves key business challenges.

Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, guiding them on digital engagement strategies and leading transformational deals.

Collaborate with internal ecosystem and orchestrate workstreams for deal pursuits.

Craft engaging technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and presentations that highlight the business impact of our solutions.

Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategy by collaborating with sales and marketing to ideate, design, and deliver impactful content for industry events, webinars, and customer engagements.

Conducting customer workshops and value realisation activities to drive long-term adoption and happiness.
What you need to succeed
-
7+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or digital transformation, preferably in the enterprise software or martech space.

Strong background in Singapore’s public sector – experience with government agencies, Smart Nation or GovTech is highly desirable.

Familiarity with Singapore’s Government Commercial Cloud (GCC), public sector procurement (GeBIZ) and tender processes is a strong advantage.

Good understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, and GCP), APIs, data security and compliance.

Martech and digital experience expertise across: Content Management (CMS), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data & Analytics, Campaign Management & Personalisation, and Generative AI & Automation.

Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions or knowledge of competitive solutions from Salesforce, Google, Progress Sitefinity, and Sitecore is a plus.

Strong business insight to drive a value-based or challenger sales approach, positioning solutions that align with customer’s digital transformation goals.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills – comfortable engaging with senior customers in large organisations.

Ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated, and contribute as a teammate in a high-performing environment.
