Job summary:
A Senior Solution Consultant is an IT specialist who helps the customers to develop their computing strategy that incorporates cloud adoption plans, cloud application design as well as cloud management and monitoring. This professional draws on solid knowledge of the customer’s cloud architecture and platform and offers expert guidance to help them to carry out the business.
The candidates will grow, learn the cutting-edge cloud technology and well architecture framework for the public, private and hybrid cloud, and they can make an impact to help us on the digital transform journey if they work at Logicalis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Help the customers to create the business value in the cloud environment.
- Familiar with the cloud, ITSM and Splunk product information and assist in sales plans.
- Like to interact with people, have the courage to accept challenges, have strong learning ability, and be interested in cloud, Atlassian (JIRA) and Splunk technology.
- Cooperate with the internal team, communicate with customers to complete the goal, be active and enthusiastic.
Required Qualifications:
- Essential
Good with relevant training and certification such as Azure Solution Architect / AWS Solution Architect Associate / GCP Associate Cloud Engineer / Splunk
- Desirable
- More than 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure maintenance, system management.
- More than 3 years of experience in public cloud, hybrid cloud architecture planning or Atlassian (JIRA) and Splunk effective collaboration related digital transformation applications.
- Good with relevant training or certification such as ITIL, CCSP, RHCE, MCSA, CCNA.
