As an integral part of the program, the Senior Solution Architect plays an active, hands-on role in the development and implementation of solutions. This individual will immerse themselves in the code, driving development and runtime analysis to ensure optimal performance. They will support operations across multiple environments, working directly to ensure system reliability and availability. With a keen eye for technical challenges, the Senior Solution Architect will proactively identify issues, providing effective solutions and overseeing the execution of the technical approach for the work stream, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical approach, implementation, and knowledge of the work stream.
- Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
- Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
- Mentor and supervise software developers.
- Contribute to company growth by actively participating in technical challenges and business development initiatives.
- Support recruitment efforts by engaging in the interview process to identify and hire top talent.
- Bachelors Degree
- 11+ years of experience
- Software development experience using Java, JavaScript, Python, ReactJS, Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, or related languages
- Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. JavaScript)
- Knowledge of back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React)
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL), web servers (e.g. Apache, Jenkins) and UI/UX design
- Must be able to get up-to-speed quickly on new projects and technologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and people management experience
- Ability to provide direction to less senior team members
- Demonstrated interest in and ability to learn new systems and technology quickly
- Ability to discuss technical tasks and team process topics with team members and outside stakeholders
Nice to Have Skills
- A background in Python
- An interest in DevOps
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience with AWS
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

Salary Range
We are committed to offering a competitive salary for this position, with an estimated amount of $175+ annually.
