Your Mission
- Design & Execute customer automation strategy
- Design & Develop large scale automations across multiple 3rd party services
What you will do
- Directly manage a book of 20+ technical accounts being the primary technical owner
- Develop an automation strategy across a customers set of internal applications
- Develop or co-develop solutions on behalf of customers / prospects inside of Tray.ai platform
- Support customers to develop automated and sustainable solutions that are not only address the current challenges in business processes, but also align with the organizations’ enterprise architecture in principle
About You
- 6+ years working in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar technical customer facing roles
- 3+ years working in an IPaaS platform working directly with customer's C-Suite/VP Level as the primary technical stakeholder
- Experience managing enterprise customers spanning multiple teams, projects and priorities
- Proficient in one of the following languages: Javascript, Typescript, or Python
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architectures.
- Bachelors in Computer Science and/or Software Engineering Experience.
