Senior Solution Architect

• Job Description Summary

  Retail Solutions Expert with experience in supply chain planning systems. Strong domain knowledge and delivery experience who can understand a customers need and present a solution efficiently to ensure project plans are met and TTV is achieved

• Can provide advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology.
• Assists Project Manager(s) in planning efforts and effort estimations for new solutions.
• Can facilitate workshop style discussions to determine the requirements for the solution to provide the correct business outcomes.
• Ability to assess any solution gaps, fully document and provide a mitigation strategy while discussing permanent solution with internal stakeholders.
• Has the ability to work across solutions and facilitate discussions for integration between solutions.
• Leads business process analysis or design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of the project.
• Strong domain knowledge to understand how the relevant Blue Yonder solutions within area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes.
• Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project.
• Supports all testing phases of the projects and assisting the customers to comprehensively test the products to ensure smooth deployment.
• Responsible for the functional delivery of the solution and liaising with key stakeholders within the customer, project team, PD/PMG and support organisations.
• Delivers project transition into BAU including complete solution design documentation, knowledge transfer to support teams, "Go Live" checklists
• Assist and in some cases deliver training to the customer representatives.
• Manage requirement gathering / design phases of the project to ensure minimal scope change.
• Provides level 2 non-technical support during the "go-live" period.
• Provides level 2 user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity.
