Job Roles and Expectations
· Understand the insurance business, system landscape, get engaged in projects, understand the business requirements.
· Makes sure to keep knowledge of new approaches and technologies related to its responsibilities.
· Defines technical solutions for business requirements to maximize efficiencies by leveraging the technology strategies to facilitate the system solution for requirements.
· Performs analysis to understand and communicate production problem patterns and suggests continuous improvements.
· Facilitates implementation of changes to existing applications
Skillset and Experience Required
10 + years of experience in
· Microservice based architecture. (AKS)
- SFDC Sales and Service Cloud experience is highly preferred
· Service: Restful web Service.
· Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL database
· Language skills- English language conversation/reading/writing a must; Japanese language conversation skill is preferred
· Experience of having worked with diverse team with members from different countries preferred.
Internal Guidelines about Work from Home:
Hybrid Model, following Manulife’s Working Better guidelines.
Over time:
0-40 hours/month.
Salary:
Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.
Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our Work Rules.
Working Hours:
Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Include 1 hour break. Flex-time system available)
