The Experience Platform team is chartered to build state-of-the-art, cross module solutions for Clari's suite of products. We are looking for a Senior Software Test Engineer with a passion for building and testing great products, who wants to be a part of a team responsible for implementation of frameworks and features that will improve global performance and a coherent experience for users using Clari.

You will be instrumental in test design and development and driving the test automation strategy for both frontend and backend solutions we build together. 

This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing and performing functional, load, integration, API, and end-to-end testing to verify product quality and release readiness
• Create test strategies and test plans
• Oversee and communicate Clari product testing throughout the SDLC, collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Work with infrastructure and product engineering teams to ensure efficient automated testing
• Monitor and correct daily regression test failures
• Provide mentorship to junior test engineers on best engineering practices
• Champion a culture of high quality within Clari products

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in various automation testing, including unit, functional, load, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
• Strong automation experience testing REST APIs and big data using complex queries
• Experience with test frameworks and testing tools
• Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins
• Solid understanding of CI/CD and SDLC concepts: code review best practices, code coverage analysis, and continuous test and delivery
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of data-driven testing methodologies (preferred)
