What you will achieve

As a Senior Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for participating in new feature design discussion, developing test plans, executing tests, designing, and automating tests, and reporting results.

You will:

• Work as part of an Agile scrum team in a continuous integration and continuous development environment and contribute to the test architecture and scope of high-quality, complex systems and software/storage features.

• Contribute significantly to test automation as part of feature delivery.

• Conduct testing and automation for both front end/GUI features, and embedded serviceability features.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of software engineers, and test engineers both within and across product teams to build the test environment utilized to validate the CI/CD environment.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in functional testing including development of automation

• 2+ years of experience with building automation using either industry frame works (e.g., Selenium, TestCafe’, Playwright) or internally developed framework

• Working experience with Python, JavaScript, REST APIs, Jenkins, Linux

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

• Self-Learning abilities, critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working in a geo-distributed team using Agile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
