What You’ll Be Working On:

You’ll be part of the ACT team (Agent Configuration Tools), building out powerful configuration tools used by admins to manage agents and user behavior within Genesys Cloud.

• Develop clean, scalable, and composable frontend applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React
• Modernize existing legacy UIs into fast, user-friendly SPAs
• Contribute to our design system, component libraries, and frontend architecture
• Write testable, maintainable code and contribute to unit, integration, and E2E test coverage
• Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and QA in an agile, autonomous squad

What We’re Looking For:

• We’re looking for someone who is both technically strong and user-focused, with a passion for frontend development:
•  Solid experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript
•  Expertise in SPA frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
•  Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and browser fundamentals
• Experience with modern tooling (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Node.js)
• Familiar with testing frameworks and a strong belief in quality-first development
•  Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows
•  Curious, collaborative, and always learning
