What is this position about?

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will focus on enhancing and optimizing an existing SDK to simplify AI solution integration for developers. You'll develop scalable and reliable backend systems using Python and .NET, applying strong object-oriented principles. You'll take ownership of the SDK's development and collaborate across teams to align technical decisions with AI integration strategies. 

You may work 100% remotely if you are currently living in LATAM, or you can always join us at the office! 

Job Description

• Enhance and streamline an existing SDK (library) to simplify the integration of AI solutions for developers. 

• Develop and maintain scalable and reliable backend systems using Python and .NET, ensuring high performance and ease of use for other developers. 

• Collaborate with the AI team to integrate AI technologies, specifically OpenAI specifications and large language models (LLMs). 

• Apply architectural skills to create maintainable, scalable, and user-friendly systems. 

• Work with object-oriented principles to build efficient and high-quality software. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the SDK’s development with business objectives and AI integration strategies. 

• Continuously adapt to new technologies and methodologies in AI and software development. 

Qualifications

• Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 

• Strong proficiency in Python and .NET Core for backend development. 

• Experience with AI technologies and frameworks is a plus, especially with OpenAI specifications and LLMs. 

• Excellent architectural skills with the ability to design scalable and reliable systems. 

• Solid understanding of object-oriented principles. 

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders. 

• Experience developing SDKs or libraries for other developers to use. 

• Cloud knowledge is a plus, with a preference for AWS experience. 

What about languages? 

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team. 

How much experience must I have? 

• We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
