Job Descriptions
- Support applications and the overall ecosystem.
- Assist the supervisor in monitoring and maintaining system stability, and provide solutions to address stability issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
- Adopt DevOps and Agile practices to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with distributed teams and work independently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- 3+ years of IT system development & support experience.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of programming languages including Java EE, JavaScript, NodeJS on Typescript, Spring, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Knowledge of using public cloud services, e.g. Azure, GCP, etc.
- Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
