The BB Analytics, Data and Decision Science (BB ADDS) team uses data and analytics to identify our customers’ needs and safely deliver insights, contact journeys and innovative solutions to improve their financial wellbeing.

We leverage data and innovative technology to deeply understand our customers and derive world-class insights to support commercial strategy and decision-making. We proactively uncover stakeholder needs and partner with product, data and support teams to provide innovative, accurate and timely solutions to complex opportunities.

• Have solid hands-on commercial experience with front and back-end technologies

• Are confident with their analytical, numerate and logical reasoning skills

• Solid relevant experience in using data and analytics to drive business results, preferably in the Financial Services sector

Tech Skills

• Front-end technologies such as Angular, NodeJs, TypeScript, CSS etc.

• Back-end technologies such as C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework etc

• Cloud Services such as AWS  

• CI/CD pipelines

• Scripting Languages such as Bash scripting and SQL

• Degree-level qualification in numeric or business discipline.
