Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js and Laravel to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will work on designing, developing, and optimizing next gen applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product owner, and other developers to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure next gen applications using Next.js (React) for the frontend and Laravel (PHP) for the backend.

Architect and implement APIs, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend services.

Optimize application performance for speed, security, and scalability.

Work with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices and coding standards.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Implement testing strategies (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure the stability and reliability of the application.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
-
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
-
Proficiency in Next.js (React, Server-side Rendering, Static Site Generation) and modern TypeScript development.

Strong backend development experience with Laravel, including API development, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and database management.

Strong product focus, with the ability to balance technical excellence with business impact.

Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and ORMs such as Eloquent.

Understanding of RESTful API design and cache

Hands-on experience with modern frontend development tools such as Tailwind CSS, Zustand
-
Work closely with UI/UX designer to translate Figma designs into interactive next gen application

Ability to write automated tests using Jest, Cypress, or PHPUnit.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Nice-to-Have:

Experience with tools like Cursor, V0, GitKraken.

Exposure to microservices architecture and serverless technologies.

Experience building text summarization, document processing, and AI-powered automation using LLMs
-
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimizing LLM outputs for accuracy and efficiency.

Familiarity with WebSockets and real-time data handling.
