This role
The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for building technology of our unique cell phone-locking system, data-driven risk modeling to support our financial products, internal tools and partner API integrations, ensuring the quality and functionality of software solutions writing clean and functional code to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience
Responsibilities
- Build user-friendly front-end applications using both Android native and Web technologies as appropriate.
- Work with development teams and product managers to develop software solutions.
- Collaborate on the client-side and server-side architecture.
- Being willing to contribute in Front/Back/Mobile when needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in software development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as Software Engineer, 2+ years in native Android development is required, 2+ years in full-stack development in any front/end stack is a plus.
- Experience in unit test and Backed is required, PHP or Python or any back/front stack is a plus.
- A can-do attitude and creative, flexible problem solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Being a team player, that includes review, pair programming, collaboration in one task, mentoring or being mentored.
